Message	The fuel pressure gauge is in between the two hard lines on the balance tube (where the throttle cover usually is) When I put the key forward the needle bounces but still rests at 0 psi. Then i crank the car for a few seconds and it bounces up slowly then the car starts and it gets to ~40psi.
